Gas Works

I took the beast for a long walk on Sunday because I'd ignored him for a large part of the day on Saturday in the interest of shopping, hair, and Harry Potter.  To make it up to him and convince him that furry indoor tornadoes are in fact a terrible idea we went down to Gas Works Park.  It was a drizzly day so we were some of the only people (yes the beast is a people, deal with it) out and about.  Which was kind of nice because it meant that there weren't any fake stupid yappy football sized dogs trying to challenge him.

This was a lavender field in someone's yard.  It stopped me in my tracks...
